A superb Italian-made Vox 12-string with an ultra cool vintage vibe. This gorgeous Phantom XII features a five-sided body, three single coil pickups & tremolo tailpiece. An amazing player producing bell-like tones with all the chime you could ask for. Cosmetic Condition: Various nicks, chips, dents & dings; surface scratches & some finish checking. The pickguard has shrunk a bit near the neck. Overall the guitar has a wonderful look to it with a beautiful patina.
Neck: Nicely rounded maple neck with some nice flame figuring. Ebony fingerboard with pearloid dot inlays. Original frets show some light wear & have plenty of life in them. Vox tuners are in good working condition. 1 3/4" nut width with zero fret; 25" scale length. Neck is straight & truss rod works fine.
Body: Five-sided solidbody finished in white with back pad. All the snaps are present & the pad is in good shape. Tremolo tailpiece with six-saddle adjustable bridge. The bridge cover is missing. 3-ply white pickguard clearly displays the Vox Phantom XII logos. Guitar weighs 7 lbs 6.6 oz.
Pickups: Original single coils with 5-way selector switch. Master volume & dual tone controls. All electronics are in good working condition.
Case: Original hardshell case included.
