An excellent player's grade Mark VI due to an unoriginal Vox Shadow neck from the same era. Ultra cool vibe & superb tone. Professionally set up with fresh strings & low action so it's ready to play straight out of the case.
Cosmetic Condition: Various nicks, chips, dents & dings; scratches, weather checking & some finish wear. Overall the guitar has an authentic vintage look to it with a nice patina.
Neck: Semi-chunky maple neck finished in black with white binding & black side-dots. Beautiful rosewood fingerboard with mother of pearl dot inlays. Frets are in great shape with practically no wear. Vox-embossed nickel tuners & single string tree. 1 5/8" nut width; 25" scale length. Neck is straight & truss rod works fine.
Body: Teardrop shaped solid body in sunburst finish. Back pad is in great shape with all the snaps present. Tremolo tailpiece with six-saddle adjustable bridge. 3-ply white pickguard with Vox Mark VI engraving. Guitar weighs 7 lbs 13.2 oz.
Electronics: Three single coil pickups with 3-way selector switch. Master volume & dual tone controls. All electronics are in perfect working condition.
Case: Original hardshell case included. The bottom clasp is missing.
