All original & amazingly clean DY78 made in Japan. Featuring a solid spruce top with three-piece back made of rosewood & mahogany. Gorgeous styling & accoutrements, this wonderful dreadnought is a true crowd pleaser.
Cosmetic Condition: It's hard to believe this guitar was made in 1978! It looks practically brand new - a real museum piece. A few minor nicks & dings and mild surface scratches.
Neck: Soft V-shape mahogany neck with cream side-dots. Ebony fingerboard with mother of pearl diamond inlays. Frets are in great shape with no wear. Grover tuners are in perfect working condition. 1 11/16" nut width; 25 1/2" scale length. Neck is straight & truss rod works fine.
Body: Double-bound dreadnought body with solid spruce top & herringbone purfling. Ebony bridge & herringbone rosette. Rosewood sides with 3-piece rosewood & mahogany back. There are no electronics & the guitar weighs 4 lbs 13.5 oz.
Case: Original hardshell case included.
