Made from about the mid '70s until the early '80s, SD Curlee was based in Illinois & focused on fairly simple, straight forward designs. This particular model features a solid mahogany body, maple neck & P-Bass style pickup. Professionally set up & ready to play upon arrival.
Cosmetic Condition: Various nicks, chips, dents & dings along with surface scratches.
Neck: Nicely rounded, chunky maple neck with black side-dots. Frets show some wear, but have plenty of life in them. Closed-back tuners in good working condition. 1 11/16" nut width; 32 1/2" scale length. Neck is straight & truss rod functions fine.
Body: Double-cutaway, solid mahogany body. Top-loading bridge with four adjustable "barrel" saddles & bridge cover. Bass weighs 9 lbs 8.8 oz.
Electronics: P-Bass style split single coil with master volume & tone controls. Mini toggle for tone control bypass. All electronics are in good working condition.
Case: There is no case.
