Description

Highly sought-after & fully functioning, this super cool & ultra rare G-808 solid body electric guitar includes the Roland GR-300 Polyphonic Synthesizer foot control board, also fully functioning. The guitar can be plugged into an amp by itself & played like a traditional electric guitar, but the real magic happens when you connect it to the GR-300 & go total out of space! Professionally inspected & set up ready to play upon arrival.

Cosmetic Condition: Both the guitar & the effects unit are in great shape with only mild play wear. Various minor nicks, chips, dents & dings; surface scratches & some tarnish on the gold hardware.

Neck: 7-piece maple & mahogany neck with ebony fingerboard & pearloid dot inlays. Frets show some wear, but have plenty of life in them. Gotoh GR gold diecast tuners work perfectly. 1 11/16" nut width; 24 3/4" scale length. Neck is straight & truss rod works fine. The truss rod cover has the previous owner's name engraved on it.

Body: Neck-thru design with solid ash & walnut wings. Brass top tailpiece & bridge with adjsutable saddles. Guitar weighs 9 lbs 2.3 oz.

Electronics: Two Roland PU-114H humbuckers with 3-way toggle switch. Dual volume & tone controls with gold "top hat" knobs. One knob has a chip in its skirt. 3-way mini toggle to select synth, synth+guitar or just guitar. Dual control knobs for synth. All electronics are working.

Case: Original hardshell case included along with connector cable.

GR-300 Specs:

Low Frequency Oscillator, for Vibrato Effects
Built-in foot switch controls the VCO mode (single/dual), VCO harmonize pitch (detuning of the VCO's), and VCF mode (on, bypass, or inverted)
Pedal control input for the VCF
The GR-300 can output either the guitar, the synth, or a mix of the two
Synchronized, flashing LED status indicators
