Description
A fun, little 3/4 size solidbody featuring one "toaster top" single coil & finished in classic Fireglo. A cool player & great addition to any vintage Rickenbacker collection. Professionally set up & ready to play upon arrival.
Cosmetic Condition: There's a superficial crack in the neck along the treble-side of the fingerboard that extends from the first to about the eight fret. There is similar slight separation on the bass-side as well , but the crack is bit more prevelant on the treble side. This appears to be purely cosmetic & does not affect playability or sound quality. Throughout the rest of the guitar there are various little nicks, chips, dents & dings along with surface scratches. Overall the guitar has a cool look to it with an authentic vintage vibe.
Neck: Slender profile maple neck with rosewood fingerboard & cream dot inlays. Frets show a bit of wear, but have plenty of life in them. Unoriginal Schaller tuners stamped Made In W. Germany. 1 9/16" nut width; 21" scale length. Neck is straight & truss rods work fine.
Body: Solid maple body in Fireglo finish. Top-loading tailpiece/plate with adjustable compensated bridge. Single-ply white plexi pickguard and nickel hardware. Guitar weighs 5 lbs 12 oz - great weight & very resonant!
Electronics: "Toaster Top" single coil with master volume & tone controls. 3-way tone selector switch. Pots are original & all electronics are in good working condition.
Case: Original hardshell case included, however, the handle is missing.
