Cosmetic Condition: Used, but not abused, with typical play wear for its age - various nicks, chips, dents & dings; scratches & some mild finish wear. Overall the bass has a great look to it with a beautiful patina.
Neck: Slender profile maple & walnut neck with nicely aged cream binding & black side-dots. Beautiful rosewood fingerboard with mother of pearl "shark tooth" inlays. Frets show some light wear, but have plenty of life in them. Open-back nickel tuners are in perfect working condition. 1 11/16" nut width; 33 1/4" scale length.
Body: Neck-thru design with solid maple wings & top binding. Top-loading bridge with adjustable saddles. Single-ply white plexi pickguard. Bass weighs 9 lbs 3.3 oz.
Pickups: Rickenbacker Hi Gain single coils with original bridge pickup cover. Dual volume & tone controls with 3-way toggle switch; mono & stereo outputs. Pots date to '78 & electronics are in good working condition.
