Description
A pair of vintage 1969 Celestion G12M Greenback guitar speakers. These are Pre-Rola greenbacks, manufactured in Thames Ditton, Surry on June 17th and 18th of 1969. These speakers are highly sought-after and are growing increasingly hard to come by. They were re-coned at some point in time with Waldom kits. There are some minor stress cracks along the doped edge of both speakers, and one cone has a stain from what appears to be spray foam. In addition one rivet on each of the terminal posts has been replaced with a screw (see photos). However, none of these changes affects functionality. These speakers have been extensively tested. They are fully functional and sound fantastic.
