Description
A vintage Oahu Tonemaster 230K-E tube combo amp in player-grade condtion. The amp is pretty clean cosmetically and has really cool look. The speakers and both transformers are non-original. That said, all replacements are consistent with the era of manufacture.
Sound-wise, the amp features a big, mellow clean tone that transitions into a thick overdrive when pushed. Thanks to the oversized cabinet and circuit that is lighter on the treble, this amp has a warmer tone than other amps of the era. Just serviced with a grounded AC cord and a fresh set of filter caps! This amp has been cleaned and tested. It is fully functional and sounds great.
