A super cool 14-Fret 00-17 with a gorgeous voice - warm & rich sounding with plenty of projection & clarity. Light weight & an absolute joy to play, this beautiful all mahogany 00 is a real keeper & a definite must-have in any acoustic collection. Professionally inspected & set up ready to play straight out of the case. No additional work required.
Cosmetic Condition: Various nicks, chips, dents & dings; scratches, weather checking & some finish wear. There appears to have been a trapeze tailpiece on it at one point as evidenced by three filled holes in the bottom & ghosting imprint of the tailpiece. There's also a filled hole in the neck heel. Overall the guitar has a wonderful vibe to it with an authentic vintage look & beautiful patina.
Neck: Soft V-shaped mahogany neck with cream side-dots. Brazilian rosewood fingerboard with cream dot inlays. Frets show some wear, but have plenty of life in them. Unoriginal Grover Rotomatic tuners in perfect working condition. 1 11/16" nut width; 25" scale length. Neck is straight & plays well up & down the fretboard.
Body: OO-size all mahogany body. Rosewood bridge with cream end pins. Tortoise pickguard & 3-ring rosette. 14 1/2" lower bout width; 11" upper bout width; 4" depth. There are no electronics & the guitar weighs a delightful 3 lbs 10.7 oz.
Case: Unoriginal, vintage hardshell case included.
