Cosmetic Condition: Great shape for its age with only minimal play wear.
Neck: 3-piece maple neck with checkered purfling. Dark stained fingerboard with cream binding & black side-dots. Intricate mother of pearl inlays with Artist block inlay in the 22nd fret. Frets show some wear, but have plenty of life in them. Planetary tuners with 18:1 gear ratio. 1 3/16" nut width; 26 1/2" scale length. Neck is straight & truss rod works perfectly.
Body: 11-ply maple body in natural finish with dual tension rods. Double-bound, curly maple resonator with checkered purfling. The tone ring is cast of the finest resonant bell alloy, highly polished & plated. The 11" ring delivers a powerful & resonant tone with incredible volume. The diecast metal tension hoop is notched for a smooth appearance & low profile with 24 bracket hooks. Heavy duty flange & brass flange hoop with Ibanez tailpiece. Maple bridge & Remo head. Banjo weighs 9 lbs 15.9 oz.
