Description
A super cool, short scale bass signed by Phil Cope of the English doom metal band Witchfinder General. Featuring an ash body with a chunky laminated maple neck & sporting a pair of groovy sounding humbuckers, this bass is ready to rock straight out of the case.
Cosmetic Condition: Various nicks, chips, dents & dings; scratches & some finish wear. Overall the bass has a great vibe to it with a nice patina.
Neck: Chunky laminated maple neck with white binding . Rosewood fingerboard with pearloid dot inlays. Frets show some wear, but have plenty of life in them. Closed-back tuners are in good working condition. 1 11/16" nut width with zero fret; 25" scale length. Neck is straight & truss rod works fine.
Body: Contoured, solid ash body in 3-tone sunburst finish. Top-loading bridge with with nickel hardware. 4-ply black pickguard & control plate. Phil Cope signed the pickguard is silver maker. Bass weighs 7 lbs 0.7 oz.
Electronics: Double humbuckers with dual volume & tone controls; 3-way toggle switch. All electronics are in good working condition.
Case: Hardshell case included.
