Description

A lovely little classical nylon string Mark II made during the peak of the folk movement in America. Featuring a beautifully book matched solid spruce top with mahogany back & sides. The guitar offers a warm, rich tone & is a real joy to play.

Cosmetic Condition: There is a crack in the center of the top, right down the seam starting from behind the bridge & running to the edge. Aside from that the guitar is fairly clean with various minor nicks, dings & surface scratches.

Neck: Classical style mahogany neck with Beautifully figured Brazilian rosewood fingerboard. Frets are in great shape with no wear. Slotted headstock with classical style tuners. 2" nut width; 25 1/2" scale length. Neck is straight & plays well up & down the fretboard.

Body: Solid spruce top with rosewood bridge. There's an ever so tiny gap between the back of the bridge & the top of the guitar, but the bridge is very firmly attached to the top. Mahogany back & sides. Unoriginal strap buttons & there are no electronics. Guitar weighs 3 lbs 3 oz.

Case: Original Guild chipboard case included.
