Cosmetic Condition: Exceptionally clean with some mild surface scratches & very light weather checking.
Neck: Wide profile maple neck with 5-ply binding & black side-dots. The binding has aged over time & the side-dots have faded. Ebony fingerboard with abalone inlays. Frets show some wear, but have plenty of life in them. 5-ply bound headstock with abalone inlays. Gold Schaller tuners are in perfect working condition. 1 3/4" nut width with zero fret; 24 1/2" scale length. Neck is straight & truss rod functions fine.
Body: Hollow maple body with bound F-holes. 5-ply bound top & back; 7-ply middle binding. Trapeze tailpiece with abalone inlays. Adjustable bridge with ebony base. Thick black plexi pickguard with Gretsch Super Chet logo. Guitar weighs 8 lbs 5.4 oz.
Pickups: Dual FilterTron humbuckers with gold bezels & 3-way toggle switch. Dual volume & tone controls with master volume - all mounted to the pickguard. All electronics are in good working condition.
Case: Original hardshell case included along with original cards & polish cloth.
