Description

Made for only a brief moment in the early '70s, this ultra cool SG Pro sports a pair of Gibson-embossed P-90s & Bigsby tremolo. Finished in classic '70s Walnut with a true vintage vibe.

Cosmetic Condition: Used, but not abused, with good honest play wear - various nicks, chips, dents & dings; scratches & some hardware tarnish. Overall the guitar looks great & has a nice patina.

Neck: Slender profile mahogany neck with black binding & cream side-dots. Rosewood fingerboard with mother of pearl dot inlays. Orignal small frets show some wear, but have plenty of life in them. Gibson Deluxe tuners work fine. 1 9/16" nut width; 24 3/4" scale length. Neck is straight & truss rod works fine.

Body: Contoured, solid mahogany body in Walnut finish. Gibson-engraved Bigsby tremolo tailpiece with adjustable bridge. Black plexi pickguard & nickel hardware. Guitar weighs 6 lbs 8.8 oz.

Electronics: Dual P-90 single coils with Gibson-embossed "soap bar" covers. Bridge - 8.53K ohms; Neck- 8.32K ohms. Dual volume & tone controls with black "witch hat" knobs; 3-way toggle switch. Pots date to '72 & all electronics are in good working condition.

Case: Vintage hardshell case included. The latches are a bit cantakerous, but still function.
