A true vintage beauty with a bright, snappy tone that's so much fun to play. The neck is super comfortable & plays great anywhere on the fretboard. Professionally set up & ready to play upon arrival.
Cosmetic Condition: Various nicks, chips, dents & dings; scratches, weather checking & some finish wear. There's a top crack that was professionally glued & cleated. In other words, lots of good honest play wear for a nearly 60 year old guitar. Cool look with a great vibe & nice patina.
Neck: Mahogany neck with cream side-dots. Brazilian rosewood fingerboard with mother of pearl dot inlays. Frets show some wear, but have plenty of life in them. Kluson Deluxe strip tuners with cream buttons. 1 11/16" nut width; 24 3/4" scale length. Neck is straight & truss rod functions fine.
Body: Double-bound with solid spruce top in sunburst finish. All but one of the back braces is missing. 3-ply rosette & tortoise pickguard that's lifting just a bit. Unoriginal rosewood bridge with black end-pins. Mahogany back & sides. There are no electronics & the guitar weighs 3 lbs 14 oz.
Case: Unoriginal hardshell case included.
