Cosmetic Condition: Ultra cool, true vintage vibe - various nicks, chips, dents & dings; surface scratches, weather checking & some finish wear. There's a repaired top crack in the body, near the output jack & repaired cracks around the neck heel. Both areas have been refinished as a result & are stable with no playability issues. The body has been oversprayed. Overall the guitar has a fabulous look with a beautiful patina.
Neck: Nicely rounded, wide profile, one-piece mahogany neck with cream side-dots. Beautiful, Brazilian rosewood fingerboard with mother of pearl dot inlays. Original frets show some wear, but have plenty of life in them. Kluson Deluxe strip tuners with cream buttons. 1 11/16" nut width; 24 3/4" scale length. Neck is straight & truss rod functions fine.
Body: Contoured, solid, one-piece mahogany body. Wrap-around, compensated bridge with nickel hardware. The guitar previously had a tremolo tailpiece as evidenced by the three screw holes & ghosting image left behind in the finish. 2-ply black/white pickguard has warped a bit with a small crack in the bottom. Guitar weighs 5 lbs 10.9oz & is exceptionally resonant!
Electronics: P-90 single coil with black "dog ear" cover - 8.32K ohms. Master volume & tone controls with black "top hat" knobs. Pots are original & all electronics are in perfect working condition.
Case: Unoriginal hardshell case included.
