Description
A dynamite player with an ultra cool, true vintage vibe, showing off that well-played, broken-in look! The neck feels great & plays perfectly anywhere on the fretboard. The double mini-humbuckers sound amazing & kick out scrumptious tones. Fully inspected & set up with fresh strings & low action, so it's ready to play straight out of the case.
Cosmetic Condition: Lots of good honest play wear, just the way we like to see them - various nicks, chips, dents & dings; scratches, buckle rash & some finish wear. There is a crack in the back of the headstock just under the volute. It's not bad actually & doesn't affect playability or sound quality - more cosmetic than anything else. Overall the guitar has a great look to it with an authentic vintage vibe & beautiful patina.
Neck: Three-piece mahogany neck with nicely aged cream binding & tortoise side-dots. Dark rosewood fingerboard with mother of pearl trapezoid inlays. Original frets show some wear, but have plenty of life in them. Gibson Deluxe tuners with double ring Keystone buttons. 1 11/16" nut width; 24 3/4" scale length. Neck is straight & truss rod works perfectly.
Body: Solid mahogany "sandwich" body with maple top finished in gold. Stopbar tailpiece with Tune-O-Matic bridge. Single-ply cream pickguard & jackplate. Guitar weighs 9 lbs 13.8 oz.
Electronics: Gibson-embossed mini humbuckers with cream bezels & 3-way toggle switch. Dual volume & tone controls with gold "top hat" knobs. Pots are original & all electronics are in perfect working condition.
Case: Unoriginal Heritage hardshell case included.
