Description
A superb playing Les Paul Custom with an ultra cool, true vintage vibe! The double humbuckers sound fantastic & deliver muscular yet dynamic tones. The slender profile neck is silky smooth & plays perfectly up & down the fretboard. Professionally set up & ready to play straight out of the case.
Cosmetic Condition: Just the right look with good honest play wear - various nicks, chips, dents & dings; scratches, light buckle rash & some mild finish wear. The white finish has aged nicely over the years & mellowed into more of an off-white/cream color, showing some nice variegation. Overall the guitar looks marvelous & has a beautiful patina.
Neck: Slender profile mahogany neck with nicely aged cream binding & black side-dots. Ebony fingerboard with mother of pearl block inlays. Frets show a bit of wear, but have plenty of life in them. Bound headstock with mother of pearl split diamond inlay. Grover tuners with gold Keystone buttons. 1 11/16" nut width; 24 3/4" scale length. Neck is straight & truss rod works fine.
Body: Solid mahogany body with maple top. Multi-layer top & back binding. Stopbar tailpiece & Tune-O-Matic bridge with gold hardware. 5-ply black pickguard & brass jackplate. Guitar weighs 9 lbs 5.2 oz.
