A killer sounding, 40-year old Explorer finished in classic Cherry & sporting a pair of awesome sounding humbuckers that deliver rich, powerful tones! Pro set up included & ready to rock upon arrival.
Cosmetic Condition: Various nicks, chips, dents & dings; scratches & some mild finish wear. There is a slight nicotine odor as well. Overall the guitar has a cool look to it & a great vibe.
Neck: Slender profile mahogany neck with cream side-dots. Rosewood fingerboard with mother of pearl dot inlays. Frets show some wear, but have plenty of life in them. Gibson diecast tuners work great. 1 11/16" nut width; 24 3/4" scale length. Neck is straight & truss rod works perfectly.
Body: Solid mahogany body with 3-ply white pickguard. Stopbar tailpiece with Tune-O-Matic bridge. Guitar weighs 8 lbs 3.4 oz.
Electronics: Gibson USA humbuckers with black bezels. Bridge - 14.43K ohms; Neck - 8.62K ohms. Dual volume & master tone controls with black speed knobs; 3-way toggle switch. All electronics are in perfect working condition.
Case: Original hardshell case included. One corner is banged up & we don't know the 3-digit combination to the middle lock on the case.
