Description
Just recently acquired from the original owner, a super cool thin hollowbody with an absolutely wonderful, rich acoustic tone. This gorgeous, true vintage ES-330 resonates beautifully & the slender profile neck is so easy & comfortable to play, especially for hours on end. Finished in a beautiful classic cherry, it looks & feels great! Professionally set up by Cream City Music with fresh strings & low action.
Cosmetic Condition: Typical normal wear & tear for its age - various nicks, chips, dents & dings; surface scratches & weather checking. There's an extra screw hole in the top of the bass-side horn from a previous strap button. Overall the guitar has a marvelous look to it with a nice patina.
Neck: Slender profile mahogany neck with nicely aged cream binding & tortoise side-dots. Brazilian rosewood fingerboard with mother of pearl block inlays. Original frets show some wear, but have plenty of life in them. Kluson Deluxe tuners with cream buttons. 1 11/16" nut width with newer bone nut; 24 3/4" scale length. Neck is straight & truss rod functions perfectly.
Body: Double-bound, hollow maple body with dual F-holes. Unoriginal Bigsby-style tremolo tailpiece with original ABR-1 bridge. 5-ply black pickguard & nickel hardware. Guitar weighs 6 lbs 7.9 oz. Very light weight & exceptionally resonant with a beautiful natural acoustic tone.
Pickups: Original P-90 single coils with nickel covers. Bridge - 8.45K ohms; Neck - 8.25K ohms. Dual volume & tone controls with black "top hat" knobs; 3-way toggle switch. All electronics are original & in perfect working condition.
Case: Original Lifton hardshell case included. The case also shows some wear & tear, but is in great shape overall.
