Description

A dynamite player with an ultra cool, true vintage vibe! The full size neck humbucker offers a warm, rich tone & the short scale makes playing tons of fun. Professionally set up & ready to play straight out of the case.

Cosmetic Condition: Various nicks, chips, dents & dings; scratches, weather checking & some finish wear. There's a fairly deep gouge in the top of the body near the control knobs. There is also a 2 pressed into the back of the headstock indicating the bass was a factory second, however, there are no issues with it structurally or electronically. Overall the bass has a great look to it with a nice patina.

Neck: Semi-chunky, one-piece mahogany neck with cream side-dots. Beautiful super dark rosewood fingerboard with mother of pearl dot inlays. Frets are in great shape with practically no wear. Open-gear nickel tuners with "clover" buttons. 1 11/16" nut width; 30 1/2" scale length. Neck is straight & truss rod functions fine.

Body: One-piece, solid mahogany body with unoriginal Wilkinson top-loading bridge & newer 3-ply black pickguard. Bass weighs 6 lbs 9.2 oz.

Electronics: Original full-sized neck humbucker with nickel cover. Master volume & tone controls with newer black "top hat" knobs. Unoriginal CTS pots with original cap & all electronics are in good working condition.

Case: Vintage Gibson chipboard case included.
