Finished in sunburst, which is typically not common for this model, and professionally set up so it plays & sounds fantastic! Smooth, comfortable feel along with a warm, rich, robust voice makes this gorgeous Dove a real joy to play.
Cosmetic Condition: Great shape for being over 40 years old - various little nicks, dents & dings; surface scratches & some mild finish disruption around the pickguard. Overall the guitar has a great look to it with a cool vibe & beautiful patina.
Neck: Maple neck with nicely aged cream binding & black side-dots. Ebony fingerboard with mother of pearl double parallelogram inlays. Frets are in great shape with hardly any wear. Grover Keystone tuners work perfectly. 1 11/16" nut width; 25 1/2" scale length. Neck is straight & truss rod works fine.
Body: Square shoulder dreadnought with solid spruce top. 5-ply top & back binding. Ebony bridge with mother of pearl Dove inlays. The treble-side of the bridge has been shaved down a bit. Tortoise pickguard with Dove motif & multi-ring rosette. Solid maple back & sides with some light flame figuring. There are no electronics & the guitar weighs 5 lbs 0.7 oz.
