A lovely sounding dreadnought in a classic Natural/Cherry finish. A great feeling & playing Dove that's been professionally set up by the experts here at Cream City Music, so it's ready for action straight out of the case.
Cosmetic Condition: Really nice shape actually for being around 50 years old - various nicks, dents & dings; surface scratches, light buckle rash & some finish/pick wear. There are a couple of top cracks that were professionally repaired - glued & cleated. The guitar is stamped factory second. Overall the guitar has a great look to it with a cool vibe & beautiful patina.
Neck: Three-piece maple neck with nicely aged cream binding & black side-dots. Ebony fingerboard with mother of pearl double parallelogram inlays. Frets show some wear, but have plenty of life in them. Grover Rotomatic nickel tuners & Dove truss rod cover. 1 11/16" nut width; 25.4" scale length. Replacement heel cap. Neck is straight & truss rod functions fine.
Body: Double-bound, square shoulder dreadnought. Solid spruce top finished in Natural finish. Ebony bridge with mother of pearl Dove inlays. Large tortoise pickguard with Dove motif & multi-ring rosette. Solid maple back & sides in Cherry finish. Guitar weighs 5 lbs 0.6 oz.
Electronics: After-market, under-saddle passive pickup.
Case: Original hardshell case with replacement handle.
