Description

A dynamite player with a very unique & super groovy, true vintage look - the original blonde finish shows what we believe to be fire damage & has a smokey, caramel color to it with lots of variegation throughout, but luckily there is no odor at all; even the headstock has browned out - now how cool is that! Exquisite tone & playability thanks to a pro set up from the experts here at Cream City Music.

Cosmetic Condition: Various nicks, chips, dents & dings; scratches, weather checking & finish wear. The body & headstock show a lot of smokey/caramel variegation, but there is no odor. Overall the guitar has a really cool look to it, with an authentic vintage vibe & gorgeous patina.

Neck: Nicely rounded maple neck with black side-dots. Rosewood fingerboard with mother of pearl dot inlays. Professionally refretted with bigger frets that show practically no wear. Single string tree & F-logo tuners in perfect working condition. 1 5/8" nut width; 25 1/2" scale length. Neck is straight & truss rod works fine. Neck dates to '71.

Body: Solid ash body in blonde finish. String-thru bridge with three adjustable "barrel" saddles. 3-ply white pickguard has aged into more of a cream color. Guitar weighs 8 lbs 11.7 & is very resonant.

Electronics: Tele single coils with 3-way selector switch. Bridge - 6.51K ohms; Neck - 7.17K ohms. Master volume & tone controls with knurled knobs. Pots date to '66 & all electronics are in good working condition. Unoriginal jackplate with some additional screw holes surrounding it.

Case: Original hardshell case included.
