Description
What makes this guitar special: A dynamite player with an ultra cool, true vintage vibe, tone & feel. Professionally inspected & set up, so it's ready for action straight out of the case.
Cosmetic Condition: Good honest play wear, just the way we like 'em - various nicks, chips, dents & dings; scratches & some finish wear. Looks like there may have been some overspray on the body, at least the top. We believe this guitar was an export model originally sold in the UK due to the store sticker on the back of the headstock. Overall the guitar has a cool look to it with a nice patina.
Neck: Nicely rounded maple neck with black side-dots. Rosewood fingerboard with mother of pearl dot inlays. Original frets show some wear, but have plenty of life in them. Large headstock wtih bullet truss rod & double string trees. Headstock decals are in great shape with no bits missing. F tuners are in perfect working condition. 1 5/8" nut width; 24 3/4" scale length. Neck is straight & truss rod works fine.
Body: Contoured, solid ash body in 3-tone sunburst finish. Tremolo tailpiece with adjustable saddles & trem arm included. 3-ply white pickguard & trem cover. Guitar weighs 9 lbs 12.6 oz - she's a hefty one for sure!
Electronics: Grey bottom single coils. Bridge - 5.69K ohms; Middle - 5.86K ohms; Neck - 5.71K ohms. Master volume & dual tone controls with original 3-way selector switch. Pots date to '75 & all electronics are in perfect working condition.
Case: Newer Fender hardshell case included.
