Cosmetic Condition: No relic'ing here folks. This is all natural play wear from 50 years of being on the road! Various nicks, chips, dents & dings; scratches, weather checking & some finish wear. This Strat has that perfect, well-worn, true vintage vibe!
Neck: Nicely rounded maple neck with black side-dots. Rosewood fingerboard with mother of pearl dot inlays. Professionally refretted with bigger frets that show a bit of wear, but have tons of life in them. Oversize headstock with bullet truss rod & double string trees. Headstock decal is in great shape with no bits missing. F-logo tuners are in perfect working condition. 1 5/8" nut width (bone nut); 25 1/2" scale length. Neck is straight & truss rod works fine.
Body: Contoured, solid alder body finished in 3-tone sunburst. However, much of the sunburst has faded so it looks more like 2-tone now. Tremolo bridge with adjustable saddles. 3-ply white pickguard has aged nicely into more of a parchment color. Single-ply white trem cover & trem arm included. Guitar weighs 7 lbs 8.5 oz & is exceptionally resonant!
Electronics: Original grey bottom single coils with unoriginal 5-way selector switch. Master volume & tone controls with white skirted knobs. Unoriginal tone pot & cap. All electronics are in good working condition.
Case: Original harshell case included. The case also shows natural wear & tear just like the guitar with a replacement handle.
