Description
An excellent player's grade Strat offering superb tone & playability. The neck dates to '83, but the body is more modern, as are the electronics. The Inca Silver finish looks super cool & there's a tight neck/body connection, ensuring marvelous resonance & sustain. Professionally set up with fresh strings & low action, so it plays & sounds fantastic.
Cosmetic Condition: Pretty good shape actually with only some mild play wear - various little nicks, dents & dings along with surface scratches.
Neck: Wide, flat profile maple neck & fingerboard with black dot inlays. Frets are in great shape with almost no wear. Small headstock with double string trees & Fender diecast tuners. 1 11/16" nut width; 25 1/2" scale length. Neck is straight & truss rod works fine. The truss rod cavity behind the nut has been bored out a bit, leaving a small crack & the walnut plug is missing. Also the butt of the neck was sanded a bit on both sides. Neck date is Nov 8, 1983.
Body: Contoured, solid alder body finishsed in Inca Silver. Two-point fulcrum tremolo bridge with adjustable saddles & trem arm included. 3-ply white pickguard & single-ply white trem cover. The body cavity is routed for HSH pickup configuration & the guitar weighs 7 lbs 15.8 oz.
Electronics: Three single coils with staggered poles. Bridge - 5.71K ohms; Middle - 5.49K ohms; Neck - 5.66K ohms. Master volume & dual tone controls with 5-way selector switch. All electronics are in good working condition.
Case: Vintage Fender hardshell case included.
