A rather interesting yet still cool vintage parts Fender - a '67 Tele neck bolted onto a '58 Strat body - Frankentelestrat! The neck & bridge pickups are original from '58 & the middle is a modern replacement. A nice, true vintage player's grade Fender that plays & sounds great thanks to a pro set up from the experts here at Cream City Music!
Cosmetic Condition: Various nicks, chips, dents & dings; scratches, weather checking & some finish wear. Overall the guitar has a cool vibe to it with a nice patina.
Neck: 3 SEP 67 B Telecaster neck with original frets that show a bit of wear, but have plenty of life in them. The neck has been sanded down in some spots & the decal is missing. Unoriginal, vintage Kluson Deluxe tuners. 1 9/16" nut width; 25 1/2" scale length. Neck is straight & truss rod works fine.
Body: 1958 Stratocaster body refinished in more of an autumnglo sunburst. There is a route underneath the pickguard on the treble side. Tremolo bridge with bent saddles & trem arm included. Single-ply white pickguard with two coins glued to the top. One is a '58 nickel & the other is St Patrick covering a hole in the guard. Guitar weighs 7 lbs 4.2 oz.
Electronics: Original Bridge & Neck single coils with modern Middle single coil. Bridge - 6.65K ohms; Middle - 5.75K ohms; Neck - 6.59K ohms. Master volume & dual tone controls with 5-way selector switch. All electronics are in good working condition.
Case: Unoriginal coffin case included.
