An excellent player's grade P-Bass demonstrating superb playability, tone & feel. Professionally inspected & set up with fresh strings & low action to it's ready to play straight out of the case.
Cosmetic Condition: Various nicks, chips, dents & dings; scratches, weather checking & some finish wear. Overall the bass has a really cool look to it with an authentic vintage vibe & nice patina.
Neck: Nicely rounded maple neck with maple fingerboard & black dot inlays. The high-gloss finish has been sanded off the fingerboard & the neck refretted. Frets are in great shape with hardly any wear. Fender open-gear "clover" tuners & round string tree. The nut was replaced when the bass was refretted. 1 5/8" nut width; 34" scale length. Neck is straight & truss rod works perfectly.
Body: Contoured, solid ash body in natural finish with unoriginal Badass bridge. 3-ply black pickguard with black tugbar. Bass weighs 9 lbs 13.7 oz.
Electronics: Original split single coil P-Bass pickup dates to '74 with an unoriginal Jazz Bass single coil near the bridge. Dual volume & master tone controls with knurled knobs. Pots date to '73 & '74. All electronics are in good working condition.
Case: Original hardshell case included.
