Description
All original & just dripping with true vintage mojo! Comfortable feel & exquisite tone thanks to a pro set up from the experts here at Cream City Music.
Cosmetic Condition: Various nicks, chips, dents & dings; scratches, weather checking & some finish wear. The Olympic White finish has aged beautifully over the years & mellowed into more of a cream color with nice variegation throughout. Overall the bass has a cool vibe with an authentic vintage look & gorgeous patina.
Neck: Nicely rounded, semi-chunky maple neck with black side-dots. Rosewood fingerboard with mother of pearl dot inlays. Frets show some light wear, but have plenty of life in them. Fender "clover" tuners & round string tree. 1 9/16" nut width; 30" scale length. Neck is straight & truss rod works fine.
Body: Offset, contoured solid body finished in Olympic White. String-thru bridge with four adjustable "barrel" saddles. 3-ply white pearloid pickguard & black tugbar. The pickguard has some cracks & a chip out of one corner. Bass weighs 7 lbs 11.2 oz.
Electronics: Grey-bottom split single coils with black covers. Master volume & tone controls with black knobs. Pots date to '74 & all electronics are in good working condition.
Case: Unoriginal hardshell case included.
