A wonderful player with an ultra cool, true vintage vibe. The neck is very comfortable & shows off some nice bird's eye figuring in the back. Professionally inspected & set up by the experts here at Cream City Music.
Cosmetic Condition: Good honest play wear - various nicks, chips, dents & dings; scratches, weather checking & some finish wear. Overall the guitar has a great look to it with a gorgeous patina.
Neck: Slender maple neck with super dark Brazilian rosewood fingerboard & clay dot inlays. Frets show only a tiny bit of wear & have plenty of life in them. Kluson Deluxe tuners with cream buttons. The original nut was missing so we but a nice bone one on the guitar. 1 1/2" nut width; 22 1/2" scale length. Neck is straight & truss rod works fine. Neck dates to April 1963.
Body: Offset, solid poplar body in original Sunburst finish. Top-loading bridge with three adjustable saddles. Single-ply white pickguard is in good condition with no cracks. Guitar weighs 6 lbs 9.7 oz.
Electronics: Single coil neck pickup with brown cover. Master volume & tone controls with knurled knobs. Pots date to '63 & all electronics are in perfect working condition.
Case: Original hardshell case included, however, the left latch is missing.
