Description

A really wonderful player's grade fretless P-Bass with a smart mod - the previous owner added a Basslines Jazz Bass pickup in the bridge position along with a 3-way mini toggle switch. Most of the finish was stripped off the body some time ago & the bass now has more of a satin look to it, however, the original finish is still on the neck. Professionally set up & ready to play straight out of the case.

Cosmetic Condition: Cool vintage vibe with various nicks, chips, dents & dings along with surface scratches.

Neck: Slender profile maple neck with black side-dots. Original nickel tuners are in perfect working condition. 1 5/8" nut width; 34" scale length. Neck is straight & truss rod works fine. Neck stamp dates to '74.

Body: Contoured, solid alder body. Top-loading brass bridge with four adjustable "barrel" saddles. 3-ply black pickguard. Bass weighs an even 9 lbs.

Electronics: P-Bass split single coils with cream covers - 11.22K ohms. Unoriginal Basslines Jazz Bass pickup - 13.27K ohms. Master volume & tone controls with unoriginal knurled knobs. 3-way mini toggle switch added & all electronics are in good working condition.

Case: Original hardshell case included. The case is a little beat up & one latch is broken, but it still serves its purpose well.
