100% original & a great player finished in a super cool Red. These have been steadily climbing in price recently & this particular example would make an excellent addition to any Fender afficionado's collection. Professionally inspected & set up ready to play straight out of the case.
Cosmetic Condition: Various nicks, chips, dents & dings; scratches, weather checking & some finish wear. Overall the guitar has a great look to it with an authentic vintage vibe & beautiful patina.
Neck: Slender maple neck with Brazilian rosewood fingerboard & mother of pearl dot inlays. Frets show just a tiny bit of wear & have plenty of life in them. Headstock decal is in great shape. Kluson Deluxe tuners with cream buttons. 1 1/2" nut width; 22 1/2" scale length. Neck is straight & truss rod works fine. Neck dates to '66.
Body: Offset, solid poplar body finished in Red. Top-loading bridge with three adjustable saddles. 3-ply white pearloid pickguard is in great shape with no cracks. Guitar weighs 6 lbs 7.7 oz.
Electronics: Original grey bottom single coils with black covers. Both selector switches work well. Master volume & tone controls with black knobs. Pots date to '65 & all electronics are in good working condition.
Case: Original hardshell case included.
