A gorgeous American Standard Strat finished in the ultra rare & highly sought-after Graffiti Yellow! An absolutely stunning guitar with a sound that is truly unique to the American Standards of that era. Professionally set up by Cream City Music with fresh strings & low action, so it plays & sounds fantastic! A real gem & definite must-have for any serious collector or player!
Cosmetic Condition: Great shape for its age - various minor nicks, chips, dents & dings; mild surface scratches. No major damage & everything is in perfect working condition.
Neck: Maple neck with skunk stripe. Dark rosewood fingerboard with cream dot inlays.
Frets show some light wear, but have tons of life in them. Double string trees & Fender diecast tuners all in perfect working condition. 1 11/16" nut width; 25 1/2" scale length. Neck is straight & truss rod is in perfect working condition.
Body: Contoured, solid alder body with "swimming pool" pickup route. The Graffiti Yellow finish is superb & really pops under the white pickguard. Two-point fulcrum tremolo bridge with adjustable saddles & original trem arm included. The original trem block had a small piece of wire stuck inside one of the spring holes, so we replaced the block with a brand new one, but included the original. 3-ply white pickguard & trem cover. Guitar weighs 8 lbs 3.2 oz.
Electronics: Three original single coils. Bridge - 6.21K ohms; Middle - 6.43K ohms; Neck - 6.33K ohms. Master volume & dual tone controls with 5-way selector switch. Pots date to '88 & all electronics are in perfect working condition.
Case: Original hardshell case included.
