Description
100% original & a superb sounding short scale bass with a rich, robust tone. Light weight & exceptionally resonant, this is a really fun bass to play. Professionally set up & ready to play upon arrival.
Cosmetic Condition: Various nicks, chips, dents & dings; scratches, weather checking & some finish wear. The Silver Fox finish has faded quite a bit over the years & turned into more of a light brown color with some variegation throughout. Overall the bass has a really cool, true vintage vibe to it with a gorgeous patina.

Batwing headstock with open-gear nickel tuners in good working condition. 1 1/2" nut width; 30 1/2" scale length. Neck is straight & truss rod works fine.
Body: Solid mahogany body with one extra strap button just below the neck heel. Top-loading bridge with functioning string-mute mechanism. Original chrome string cover included. 3-ply white pickguard with original wooden tugbar. The pickguard is in good condition with no cracks, but does have one extra screw hole down near the input jack. Bass weighs 7 lbs 13.4 oz. Nice weigth & very resonant!
Electronics: One large neck humbucker with nickel cover. Master volume & tone controls with black "top hat" knobs. All electronics are in good working condition.
Case: Vintage hardshell case included. The right clasp is missing its top latch.
