Description
What makes this guitar special: A fabulous "lawsuit" model based on Gibson's Hummingbird square shoulder dreadnought, right down to the cherry sunburst finish. Superb tone & playability without the hefty price tag, this one's a real keeper! Professionally set up & ready for action straight out of the case!
Cosmetic Condition: Used but not abused, with mild play wear - minor nicks, dents & dings along with various surface scratches. The nut was replaced at some point & there's some light finish chipping in the finish on either side as a result. Also there's a crack in the top of the bridge that runs through each of the bridge pins. It's fairly superficial & does not affect playability or sound quality. Overall the guitar looks marvelous with a great vibe.
Neck: Mahogany neck with nicely aged cream binding & black side-dots. Rosewood fingerboard with mother of pearl block inlays. Frets are in great shape with no wear. Unoriginal tuners are in good working condition. 1 11/16" nut width; 25 1/2" scale length.
Body: Solid spruce top with 5-ply binding. Rosewood bridge with pearloid dot inlays. Large tortoise pickguard with hummingbird motif. Mahogany back & sides with single-ply binding. Guitar weighs 4 lbs 2.9 oz. There are no electronics.
Case: Vintage hardshell case included.
