Description
A prime example of a '70s "lawsuit" guitar, this PE-180 demonstrates the Japanese guitar manufacturer's ability to near faithfully re-create Gibson's iconic L-5CES. Don't let the fact this is an Aria Pro II turn you off. Quite the contrary - this is an exceptionally well-made guitar that exudes all the charm & sophistication we've come to love about classic jazz boxes. A dynamite player with a comfortable feel & exquisite tone. Professionally set up with fresh strings & low action, so it plays & sounds terrific!
Cosmetic Condition: For the most part the guitar has aged rather nicely over the years, showing off a gorgeous patina. Various little nicks, dents & dings; surface scratches, weather checking & cracks in the body binding, but no pieces missing. Overall the guitar has a great look to it with an authentic vintage vibe.

Trapeze tailpiece with Tune-O-Matic bridge on a floating ebony base. Tortoise pickguard with 5-ply binding. Maple rims with flame maple back & 3-ply binding. Guitar weighs 8 lbs 7.3 oz.
