What makes this guitar special: A nicely adorned piece with some very cool features in a package dripping with vintage vibe, this neck-through bass is a killer player. The solid ash wings provide terrific resonance in tandem with the walnut/maple center. The cats eye pearl inlays are a real eye-catcher, and look great balanced against the vibrant red finish. It’s been tastefully upgraded for player’s use, with a Basslines pickup and EMG EXB active EQ, so it’ll stand up to any style of music while still maintaining its classic look. This piece comes professionally setup by our in-house luthier, and will arrive ready to play.
Cosmetic condition: Pretty good shape for its age, with various scratches, dings, dents, nicks, and scuffs throughout. There is some visible buckle rash, and a few notable chips in the finish, along with some light fretwear.
Body: Neck-through maple/walnut center with ash wings in vibrant transparent red finish. Die-cast inset bridge with individually adjustable saddles.
Weight: 9lb, 3.5oz
Neck: Maple/walnut neck with white side dots and cats eye pearl inlays. Headstock features a red-stained ash overlay with chrome-sealed Aria Pro II tuners in perfect working condition. 1 5/8” nut width, 34” scale length. Neck is straight and plays great up and down the fretboard. Action currently sits about 1/4” at the 12th fret.
Electronics: Replacement Basslines pickup with plastic grooved knobs, 1x volume, 1x tone, and 1x active boost.
Case: Unoriginal hard shell case included.
