Description
Condition: This is a great playing Fender Bullet with a great look. The finish has developed a dark patina giving it a great aged white look. There are various scratches, nicks, dings, dents and a few small chips throughout the instrument. The finish on the metal pickguard has chipped off in some areas. Fingerboard and frets have moderate play wear with some heavier wear towards the lower registers. Some of the clear coat on the edge of the fingerboard is peeling off. The neck is mostly straight and the truss rod functions fine. There are some small finish cracks around some of the screw holes. Some re-soldering work has been done and the toggle control is unoriginal. The button acts as a coil tap switch and works great. The pickup sounds somewhat thin in the tapped position but sounds excellent with both coils together.
Body: Solid double-cutaway body in white finish. The finish has acquired a nice dark patina giving this guitar an awesome vintage look and vibe! One-piece metal tailpiece/pickguard with six individual salddes, dual skirted control knobs and a on/off button.
Neck: Slender maple neck with skunk stripe down the back. Maple ingerboard with black dot inlays and a 1 5/8” nut. Sealed Fender tuners, 25.5” scale length.
Pickups/Electronics: Fender pickup in the bridge position with master volume and tone controls and a coil tapping switch.
Pickup: Humbucker: 4.82K Ohms.
Single Coil: 10.08K Ohms.
Weight: 6lbs, 7.0oz.
Playability/Sound: This is a great playing guitar with a smaller body design that makes it very comfortable to play. The pickup has a healthy ohm reading but weak output. Replacing the current mute button may result in proper output. The slender neck is extremely comfortable and suitable for any playing style.
Case: Includes unoriginal Fender hardshell case.
