Description

Condition: Various scratches, nicks, dings and dents throughout the instrument give this guitar a well-played look. There is a large gouge in the back on the lower treble side that appears to have been glued back into place. This was likely caused by impact (see photos). There are various chips around the top and back edge of the guitar. There is some heavier scratching on the back giving the finish a slightly hazy appearance when held in good lighting. Fingerboard and frets have moderate play wear with some heavier play wear in the lower register frets. The neck is very straight and the truss rod functions fine. There are some lacquer chips around the tuners on the headstock but this is merely cosmetic. There appears to be a diagonal crack in the bone nut, however it is staying together perfectly (see photos). All electronics and parts are in perfect working condition.

Body: Solid double-cutaway mahogany body with gorgeous flame maple top in natural finish. The flame figuring is truly stunning! String-through-body design with hard-tail bridge and siz individual saddles. Three skirted plastic control knobs.

Neck: Slender mahogany neck with rosewood fingerboard, pearloid dot inlays and a 1 5/8” bone nut. Nickel Schaller tuners, 24 ¾” scale length.

Pickups/Electronics: currently Equipped with DiMarzio humbuckers in the neck and bridge. Dual volume controls, master tone control and a 3-way selector switch.

Neck: 8.35K Ohms.

Bridge: 8.22K Ohms.

Weight: 8lbs, 3.5oz.

Playability/Sound: This is a phenomenal sounding guitar! The DiMarzio pickups provide great output and sustain without sacrificing a natural overall tone. The bridge pickup produces some shimmering clean tones while the neck offers a very warm, full sound. The neck is extremely comfortable; especially for anyone who enjoys a slim neck.

Case: Includes hardshell case.
