A smooth playing bass with nice, low action & classic Ric tone from the twin single coils delivers that iconic sound we all yearn for. This beauty just turned 35 & still looks & plays great!
Cosmetic Condition: Very good condition for its age - various minor nicks, chips, dents & dings; surface scratches & light buckle rash. The pickguard has a small crack in it near the neck pickup, but overall the bass is in fine shape.
Neck: Very comfortable & nicely rounded maple neck with some light flame figuring in the bass side. Cream binding with black side-dots. Rosewood fingerboard with mother of pearl triangle inlays. Frets are in great shape with hardly any wear. Nickel tuners are in perfect working condition. 1 11/16" nut width; 33 1/2" scale length. Neck is straight & truss rods work fine.
Body: Neck-thru design with solid maple wings. Cream top binding & single-ply white pickguard. Top-loading bridge with adjustable saddles. Bass weighs 9 lbs 6 oz.
Pickups: Rickenbacker single coils with dual volume & tone controls; 3-way toggle switch; mono & stereo outputs. All electronics are in good working condition. Bridge pickup cover is missing.
Case: Original hardshell case included.
