Description
A vintage 1980 Fender Model 75 1x15 tube combo amp in great cosmetic condition. Designed at the tail end of the golden era of Fender amps, the Model 75 was one of the last hand-wired Fenders produced. That's where the connection to earlier amps ends though, as the 75 has a feature set that you would associate with a more modern amplifier. Designed at the time to compete with the next big thing, Mesa Boogie, the 75 features two channels with independent volume/gain controls and a ton of tone-shaping options. The clean channel has the same Fender Blackface-style tone that we all know and love. The boost channel, with the use of the push-pull tone controls, has a huge range of available tones and plenty of gain for just about any application. Plus the robust 75-watt power section, with switchable low power mode) gives you enough volume for any gig. A serious boutique-quality amp with a serioiusly low price tag. This amp has been serviced and tested. It is fully functional and sounds awesome.
