Description
Cosmetic Condition: Excellent condition for its age - some minor nicks & dings; mild surface scratches. The jack plate is cracked in half, so the input jack can be a bit wobbly when plugging & unplugging the guitar, but everything functions properly. Overall the guitar has a great look & feel to it & is an amazing player!
Neck: Maple neck with very dark rosewood fingerboard & mother of pearl diamond inlays. Frets show some light wear, but have plenty of life in them. Rosewood headstock overlay with mother of pearl "R" logo. Grover Imperial tuners in perfect working condition. Neck is straight & truss rod is in good working condition. 1 5/8" nut width; 24 3/4" scale length.
Body: Neck-thru design with solid maple wings. There's some nice bird's eye figuring in the body. Leo Quan bridge with adjustable saddles. Guitar weighs 8 1/2 lbs.
Pickups: DiMarzio humbuckers. Bridge - 8.33K ohms; Neck - 7.68K ohms. Dual volume & master tone control knobs; booster circuit, varitone switch, coil tap switches, phase switch. All electronics are in perfect working condition.
Playability / Sound: The guitar has been set up with low action & a fresh set of D'Addario .10-.46 gauge strings. Smooth playing guitar with lots of varied & dynamic tones!
