Cosmetic Condition: Used, but not abused, with typical play wear for its age - various nicks, chips, dents & dings; surface scratches & finish wear throughout the guitar. There's some pitting in the back of the headstock & also in the fingerboard, but nothing that affects sound quality or playability. Overall the guitar has a great look to it with a nice patina.
Neck: Nicely rounded walnut neck with cream side-dots. Ebony fingerboard with mother of pearl dot inlays. Original frets have been filed & currently show no wear, but do have plenty of life in them. Grover nickel tuners are in perfect working condition. 1 11/16" nut width; 24 3/4" scale length. Neck is straight & truss rod works fine.
Body: Contoured, solid walnut body in natural finish. Stopbar tailpiece & Tune-O-Matic bridge with chrome hardware. 5-ply small black pickguard shows some pick scratches, but no cracks. Guitar weighs 7 lbs 9.7 oz.
Pickups: Gibson Pat No. "T-Top" humbuckers date to August 22 & 31 of 1979. Bridge - 7.54K ohms; Neck - 7.57K ohms. Dual volume & tone controls with black speed knobs; 3-way toggle switch. Pots date to '78 & '79; all electronics are in good working condition.
Case: Unoriginal hardshell case included.
