Cosmetic Condition: Nice shape for a 40-year old guitar, with good honest play wear - various nicks, chips, dents & dings; surface scratches, buckle rash & some finish wear. Overall the guitar has a great look to it with a gorgeous patina.
Neck: Slender profile maple neck with nicely aged cream binding & black side-dots. Dark rosewood fingerboard with mother of pearl trapezoid inlays. Small frets show some wear, but have plenty of life in them. Gibson-engraved tuners are in perfect working condition. 1 5/8" nut width; 24 3/4" scale length. Neck is straight & truss rod works fine.
Body: Solid mahogany body with maple top & cream binding. Stopbar tailpiece & Tune-O-Matic bridge. Single-ply cream pickguard & metal jackplate. Guitar weighs 10 lbs 0.3 oz.
Electronics: Original mini humbuckers with cream bezels. Bridge - 6.20K ohms; Neck - 6.06K ohms. Dual volume & tone controls with gold "top hat" knobs; 3-way toggle switch. Pots date to '78 & all electronics are in perfect working condition.
Case: Original hardshell case included.
