Description
What makes this guitar special: A wonderful "lawsuit" model from the late '70s, based more or less on a Martin OO-18. This small-body acoustic has an absolutely gorgeous voice & offers warm, rich tones with a well-balanced sound. Professionally set up by our own luthier, so it plays & sounds great!
Cosmetic Condition: Typical play wear for a 40 year old guitar - various nicks, chips, dents & dings; surface scratches, weather checking & some mild finish wear. Overall the guitar has a cool, vintage look with a nice patina.
Neck: Semi-chunky mahogany neck with cream side-dots. Beautiful rosewood fingerboard with mother of pearl dot inlays. Frets show some wear, but have plenty of life in them. Chrome sealed tuners are in perfect working condition. 1 5/8" nut width; 25" scale length. Neck is straight & truss rod works fine.
Body: Solid spruce top with multiple binding. Rosewood bridge & black end pins with pearloid dot inlays. Black pickguard & multi-ring rosette. Mahogany back & sides with single-ply black binding & black center strip. 14 1/2" lower bout width; 11" upper bout width; 4 1/4" depth. Guitar weighs 3 lbs 12.6 oz. There is no pickup.
Case: Gator hardshell case included.
