Cosmetic Condition: Great shape for its age - various nicks, chips, dents & dings; surface scratches, buckle rash & some finish wear on the back of the body. Overall the guitar has a great look to it with a gorgeous patina.
Neck: Slender profile, 3-piece maple neck with nicely aged cream binding & black side-dots. Ebony fingerboard with mother of pearl block inlays. Frets show some light wear, but have plenty of life in them. Bound headstock with mother of pearl diamond inlays. Gibson tuners are in perfect working condition. 1 11/16" nut width; 24 3/4" scale length. Neck is straight & truss rod works fine.
Body: Solid mahogany body with maple cap. Multi-bound top & back. Stopbar tailpiece with ABR-1 bridge. Gold hardware. 5-ply black pickguard is in great shape with no cracks. Guitar weighs 10.25 lbs.
Pickups: Gibson Pat Number humbuckers with black bezels & gold covers. The bridge bezel is cracked in two places. Bridge - 7.51K ohms; Neck - 7.63K ohms. Dual volume & tone controls with black 'top hat' knobs; 3-way toggle switch. Pots date to '77 & all electronics are in perfect working condition.
