Description
Cosmetic Condition: Really great shape for a nearly 40-year old guitar. There are various minor nicks, dents & dings; surface scratches & mild finish checking. The bridge had some minor cracks in it that were professionally repaired by our luthier & are now barely noticeable. The bridge was also professionally reglued. Overall the guitar has a great look to it with a gorgeous patina. It's been set up by us & delivers a big, boomy sound with a warm, rich tone.
Neck: Mahogany neck with ebony fingerboard & pearloid dot inlays. There are some very small cracks in the fingerboard between the 14th & 20th frets. They're purely cosmetic & don't affect the playability or sound quality of the guitar. Original frets are in great shape with hardly any wear. Mother of pearl Guild logo & Chesterfield headstock inlays. Chrome Guild tuners are in perfect working condition. 1 5/8" nut width; 25 1/2" scale length. Neck is straight & truss rod works fine.
Body: Dreadnought body with multiple binding. Solid spruce top with solid rosewood back & sides. Ebony bridge with cream end pins. Black pickguard & multi-ring rosette. No pickup.
Case: Original hardshell case included.
