What’s special about this guitar: This is a great playing vintage 1973 Gibson SG in great shape for its age! Considering how old this guitar is it is super clean! The mini patent number humbuckers sound fantastic together and the slender neck is super comfortable. Everything on this guitar is original and the guitar is overall pretty light weight adding to its comfort level!
Condition: There are just a few light surface scratches and dings throughout the entire guitar. The fingerboard and frets are in great shape with hardly any play wear and plenty of life left in them. The neck is nice and straight with super comfortable action and the truss rod functions perfectly. All electronics and parts are original and in perfect working condition.
Body: Solid walnut body with beveled edges in natural finish. Original vibrato tailpiece, high-mass bridge with six individual saddles, speed control knobs and a single-ply black pickguard.
Neck: Super comfortable and slender walnut neck with a rosewood fingerboard. Pearloid block inlays and a 1 9/16” nut. Gibson Deluxe nickel tuners, 24 ¾” scale length.
Pickups/Electronics: Original Patent Number Gibson mini humbuckers in the neck and bridge with dual volume and tone controls and a 3-way selector switch.
Neck: 6.60K Ohms.
Bridge: 6.90K Ohms.
